Don`t think Bournemouth losing is bad result at all, they have some very difficult games coming up.

A good result for us. We have too much to do for top two. Just need to keep ahead of Muff and Cardiff.

Need to take the positives. At least there’s a little buffer between us and 7th now... would be great to keep this mini unbeaten run going and get something from brum and the fakies before the break.

Yes - Barnsley have the best run in so its those two we need to stay ahead of.

Bournemouth have Swansea in midweek, but don't play at the weekend for some reason, then its the Welsh derby next Sat.

Need 6 points from next 2 games, against 2 out of form sides

Incidentally, that was the first Watford goal from a direct free kick since 30th April 2016.

Yeah good results for our play off hopes

As always a big what if we’d got the 3 points but 1 is ok

Birmingham fans starting to ramp up the pressure on the club’s board and have been protesting before their game today.

Couldn't ask for a better time to play them.

Pah, take points off Watford and Swansea and we have just 5 points to make up on them.

Brentford and Swansea have to get points from their games in hand in an increasingly tight schedule.

I'll grant Norwich being 15 points ahead with a game in hand isn't going to happen.

Follow it up with a win against Birmingham and the 2 sets of results look good. Lose and it's a worry.

Yep will stick with saying 7 points from this, QPR and Brum was the requirement. That’s the hardest one out the way I think with 1 pt

Is it likely to be a low target to stay up this year? Because it's only down to about 8th that looks to have booked safety level points yet.

I know there's about 10 games left, but I'd expected a few more at 54 ish plus.

The points total for a play-off spot was being touted as 74 a few weeks back, to get that Bournemouth need to win 6 of their last 10 and Cardiff 7.
We are just 13 points off that mark and I would expect us to get 76/77.

Not sure that is the case.
Having been stuffed at home they know they have an early chance to make amends in the battle to avoid relegation.
I expect a hard game and feel that 3 points is far from a gimme.

Its not but with their home record of W3 D3 L12, the worst in the division, I feel we have to take 3 points there.

If we win 5 and lose 5 of the final 10, we'll be on 76 and you're starting to think it's very hard for them. 2 wins against Brum and QPR, or even 4 points, and we're in good shape.

We still have Watford, Swansea, Norwich and Barnsley to play, so ideally need to take 4 points from those games otherwise there is limited margin for error from "easier" games.

We'd need 24 points, 8 wins, to get to 85 which isn't always enough for 2nd anyway. Think our auto hopes are done.

Mid Sussex Royal To add balance, we've had plenty of pens this season; some wasted sadly.

I reckon its going to Brentford or Watford for second, neither of whom I'd fancy us against in a two legged play-off semi.

Swansea I would fancy us against though, so its important we get at least 5th place and for that we need at least 6 points from these next 3 games.

Yet we've not beaten Swansea in any game since 2008 (14 fixtures since our last win)
