So, Bournemouth are in the cup this weekend - what's the best result for us and the other sides?

If they win its a big confidence shot coming after Swansea the other night but on the other hand it would mean another midweek game to re-schedule so they will be pretty back to back from now on in, and what ever anyone says an FA Cup semi is a big distraction....

Stranded Yep but to make that charge they'll need to take points (probably winning at least one) off Bournemouth and Barnsley - so if the decent Reading side (not Weds shitshow) turn up in games and we pick up points then it is a positive for us.

We just need to worry about ourselves. Win every game (yes I know that won't happen) and what anybody else does is academic.

Bit harsh, we did beat them 3-0

Mowatt red card has been rescinded so he will play against us after all.

John Smith
Snowball
John Smith I think that by this (the business) end of the season, it is so much down to momentum that it doesn't really matter who we play to a large extent. By the time Norwich comes round they could be promoted and we looking at our 5th win on the spin.

Yup, or they could be on 102 points and we've just slipped to 7th.

Or my Auntie could have bollocks

I am sure my Auntie did

You wonder what goes through players brains when they pull a player down like that. I mean Toney wasn't a threat.
Absolute shit for brains.

Only watched a bit but Brentford look toss

Definitely seem to have run out of momentum. Lose points here and second place is starting to become a big ask for them

Looking more and more like Watford will finish second.

Poor result for Barnsley today. Will be interesting to see how they respond. I do think their recent form is similar to our early season form - unsustainable.

Yep will be interesting how Barnsley respond after their ridiculously good run came to an end at home to lowly Wednesday. Also be interesting to see how Bournemouth respond to getting tonked 3-0 in the cup.

Forgetting Barnsley’s game reckon the best other result today was actually Bristol City 0 Rotherham United 2. The Millers now back to 3 points behind Brum with 4 games in hand.

Just goes to show nothing is written in stone in this league, nobody would have expected Barnsley to get shafted by Sheffield Wednesday. it`s going to the wire folks.

Barnsley and Cardiff are both must win games. Can't see us getting much at Watford or Norwich. Swansea at home will be tough and they always come to our place without being pushed and winning comfortably

I had expected to miss the Derby game as I am marrying Miss Zip but as we have got absolutely nowhere to go after the ceremony it looks like we will be watching Reading on iFollow. Well I will be anyway. Who said romance was dead.
