QPR looking a good bet for the playoffs

Done a good job there - both the management and the board - controlled costs, bought in some decent players for fairly low fees, brought through Eze etc. Hopefully thats the model for us to follow

I believe they were significantly helped to 'do a good job' by having their outstanding loans written off as their 'punishment' for breaching FFP on their last trip to the EPL! Without that, they would be struggling to control costs.

Thought they'd do well this season. They had an excellent finish to last season.

It could be exciting times for us with this reset. Just need to get through the next 18 months whilst building.

As for Derby - although they are scrapping and fair play, they are toast. 7 straight wins to even catch us without picking up a point - that alone takes them to 27 games. They have not won 3 on the spin since Ian Royal realised there are other ways to engage in matches other than the radio. One of Barnsley or Peterborough will get a run going. Always happens. 47 points will be enough - 9 wins from 26 and the bonus of odd draws. Even we can must that, cant we?

Pepe the Horseman That was some winner from Andre Gray.

Not just that one -the other two were pretty special and the technique for Willock's goal was outstanding.
3 cracking goals in the same game , unusual at our level.

It has been at least 2 weeks since the last Paul/Ian beef. I am tuning in for this and hope for a good performance from both parties.

 Must admit i never expected that type of reaction from a throwaway comment about radio's. He's clearly having a bad day and i will let him be.

Ian Royal is listening to the radio in the car with his father. “Dad, what did you like listening to on the radio when growing up?”
“I was a huge fan of football,” his dad replies replies.

“Reading?” the son asks.

“No, Ian you asked about the radio,” the dad responds.

Is this an in-house rival watch? Kinda worrying sitting, presumably, next to these people who rally should get a room in Y2X…

Nobbers may like to know that John Fleck has now returned to training with Sheffield United.
