Hound Looks like our resident racist is going to be unbearable

Wrexham been pretty good tbf

They have been really impressive imo. Unlucky not to win it.

They played really well in the 2nd half tbf. I thought Paul Mullin had a decent all round game. I wonder if he could make the step up to Championship level?

We couldn't afford him, he's on about £5k a week and he's not the highest paid player at Wrexham.

Might be a proposition in the summer though.

He's one of a number of players Wrexham lured from League 1 with the promise of higher wages so he can certainly play at a higher level than Conference National.

Have any clubs bar Bristol City been in the championship for a longer stint than ours right now? I remember Ipswich being in the league for 16 years prior to their relegation

Birmingham I think have been in the division the longest, Preston will have been in for similar amount of time to Bristol City.

Would have guessed Brum have been in the PL more recently than us.

Birmingham went down in 2011 and haven't been back since.

Yeah we’re definitely due a new league one way or another in the next few seasons.

I wonder what it looks like for L1 and 2 by comparison.

Utd, Chelsea, Spurs, Everton, Liverpool and Arsenal all been in the PL since it started... but you'd expect the top flight to have some pretty long serving clubs... the wealth hoarding tossers.

Leicester have agreed a £15m deal for Stoke defender Harry Souttar. I don't doubt that will do wonders for the Potters' FFP situation.

It’d be nice if Cardiff could lose at Luton tonight.

Phew.

Late winner for Luton. They missed a penalty earlier.

As well as Mehmeti from Wycombe. They did receive a sizeable fee for Semenyo though, so that should go someway to helping them in their potential FFP situation. Their next set of accounts are crucial.
