windermereROYAL Derby home to Birmingham next Sunday after we likely get stuffed at QPR. could well be within striking distance soon.

I was listening to Mick Gooding after the game. He just dismissed Derby as down. He hasn’t got a clue. Their next three home games are very winnable. I fully expect them to have a takeover sorted out next week which will also give them a boost.

I really wish pundits like Gooding did a bit of homework. He really is very poor.

Whether Derby continue their fight with as much gusto really does hinge on this takeover and whether they are forced to sell more players and if Rooney stays. If they keep going as is, I can't see them going down.

We really need them to lose more players next week and not be able to strengthen.

They may not see out February, and are selling loads of their best players.

They have lost two regular starters. I can’t see them going under. It’s all too high profile now. A takeover will be sorted out next week. I just hope they lose more key players next week.

We had a 15 point advantage over Derby . we shouldn`t need to hope they sell their best players.

I know we did but they are organised and fit with players fighting for the team. We are a disorganised, unfit mess.

We don’t that yet. Let’s see what happens next week. We certainly need them to be decimated though.

I`ve noticed that, 19 to play, only 8 at home.

Which is good, because we're awful at home.

At this point of the season, normally one team will get there run going, let’s hope it’s us, but these teams around us constantly losing will not last much longer.

Won the same number of games from 3 fewer played away.

No draws though...

12 from 12 vs 16 from 15.

So home is marginally better points ratio, but away is a better win %

33% vs 25%.

LMFAO... We have a manager with a 25% win rate at home.

And an overall loss rate of 55%.

I may have to revise up my estimate of 60%+ defeats... looking more like 70% - 75%

Go Pauno!. No please, just leave you useless pcunt.

Totally depends with Derby. Their current squad and manager are ok. But if they lose Knight and Lawrence (surely they aren’t allowed to turn down big offers in their current state), or Rooney gets his head turned, it’s a different matter

We’ll find out in the next week I suppose. Still not sure how they’ll sort out Wycombe/Boro on the next week or so

Nothing in it really

Home

Pld 15 W 4 D 4 L 7 F 21 A 31 (Pts 16) - 1.0666666666 points per game

Away

Pld 12 W 4 D 0 L 8 F 12 A 20 (Pts 12) - 1.0000000000 points per game

However, last 6 home v last 6 away

Home

Pld 6 W 0 D 2 L 4 F 6 A 17 (Pts 2) - 0.3333333333 points per game

Away

Pld 6 W 2 D 0 L 4 F 6 A 9 (Pts 6) - 1.0000000000 points per game

Therefore it is currently reasonable to suggest Reading are better away….

Next week is crucial for Derby. We really don’t want it going well for them.
