Snowflake Royal And Waghorn is shit.

If I was Boro, I'd consider that one a lucky escape and keep my mouth shut.

And whilst we're at it, is this a different Boro to the one that went into administration in the 80s and spent most of the 90s and the early part of this century spaffing the chairman's money on players they probably couldn't afford?

Should point out I have no axe to grind with Middlesbrough. Decent people up there and always a good away day.

Bristol City 1982 fans seem to be coming in their pants at the mere thought of us getting a 9 point deduction too, maybe drinking too much cider gives you memory loss.

Let's be honest, Bristol City fans are not the brighest lights on the planet are they ? Anyone from Bristol with an IQ in double figues is regarded as a brainbox :)

Pepe the Horseman Derby keeper has just been sent off, so will miss our game on Wed.

From what I've seen of him in the past this is a plus for them.

Losing to an injury time penalty is a kick in the nuts though.

And only behind Huddersfield on goal difference after going to the 4-0 game a few weeks ago when they were singing “the town are going up” lol

TBH, both of them looked pretty average and were just fed a parade of goals by Moore and co

Glad Cardiff are warming up for our game on Saturday by losing 2-0 to West Brom and not looking up to much.

Cardiff fans want Mick out. If we can get off to a good start there the fans will turn. They were jeered off at half time.

Lost 5 out of last 6, letting in 8 in the last 2 - so far*. They are there for the taking on Saturday, esp. if we start quickly.

6pts from these upcoming games is very achievable.

*make that 9. Will MM even be in charge on Saturday?

Interesting result for Boro’ last night; I watched it to get some idea about Sheff Utd; but Boro’ won relatively comfortably and, without getting too carried away, our football at times on Saturday, and the ability of each of our players on the ball, in all positions, made ‘Boro look a very poor side; which they are not.

It’s some of the best football I’ve seen from us in 10 years (at least) despite the injuries and despite the crippling restrictions under which the Club has been operating.

‘F#?? the EFL’ and F@?# any penalty imposed as a result of the morally bankrupt, and totally inconsistently applied FFP ‘rules’.

Look at the behaviour of Chelsea and Man City and what should have happened to them and what eventually did.

Look at how a Man City has been funded (including being given the opportunity of taking resident at a ready built stadium!) ….

They were built by owners who have been prepared to pour money in; way over and above any revenues, to buy success.

Following in the footsteps of Chelsea.

And now the powers in football, supported and encouraged by the richest Clubs, want to impose an order that maintains the status quo, preventing other Clubs from using the same model of success.

And Sky pundits bleeding hearts about the Championship???

It’s all duplicitous nonsense.

Could we be a success this season, despite all this? Are we good enough? And will we get some overdue good luck?

Yeah thought their optimism/arrogance was extremely misguided. Neither team looked anything special at all.

Yes, if we win 8-0, unless Bristol City win by 5 goals.

Natives are restless at Cardiff, lot of the supporters want rid of McCarthy.

Be careful what you wish for, ask Ipswich Town supporters about the time they hounded big Mick out of the club.

That would be another relegation slot nailed down if they sack him.

Every single club he's been sacked from has immediately got relegated isn’t it?
