I was going to say Out, but if Warburton is the replacement then im In.
I like that Forest are after Karanka. Thats a good move in my book.

The main issue with Reading atm, is that I can think of very few reasons to go to a game. We're not exactly ambitious are we?

I think the ambition on the pitch is massively hampered by the lack of confidence

Will prob go tomorrow just on some straw grasping that the midweek home games have all been good this year. Would have rather it had been today though, excuse to get out the house

Platypuss Bristol City fans wanted Johnson's head on a pike this time last season.
Luckily for them, their chairman isn't as much of a pussy as their fans.

^ This (although not sure it was a pike)

Don't think we should be thinking about sacking the manager in this sort of position. We should show some loyalty and faith rather than panicking every time we go a couple of weeks without a win.

Why the clamour for Warburton would hope we could do better IF Jaap is replaced.

Because he has hardly any hair, and that is a recipe for success at Reading

McDermolenko I'm in.

Last season was goodly and who knows, if we get Longy + a few experienced heads in during the January window we might challenge for the top half?

Stop being a WUM. Will Long come here? Will he pfuck!

Well its safe to say if we lose tomorrow we are well and truly in the brown stuff. the owners would have to act on Wednesday. even a draw will not be enough.

Best scenario would be all draws.

Burton, Barnsley and Qpr all won.

Yeah that was sort of the point. The only team who are near us who beat a team in the top half were QPR. Was bound to be some bad results for us today

Truth is none of it really matters if we don’t win our games. If we do, we’ll stay up

A couple of weeks.....? Last win Dec 2nd
Our last 5 fixtures read W0 D1 L4
The worst form in the league and in total free fall now. This team is devoid of confidence and the manager devoid of ideas, attendance's dropping , football is sh+t.......its all adding up to one thing at the minute.

Lose tomorrow and then to Hull then we will probably be in the bottom 3.

We should try tempt Paul Cook from Wigan in before it's too late

Next two games are certainly massive

Either a great opportunity to get settled back in mid table or slap bang in the middle of a relegation fight

At least we’ll see what the team is made of. Right or wrong if we lose those 2 not sure Gourlay and co will sit on their hands

Problem is even if we do win those two games we have got:

Brentford H
Burton A
Millwall H
Boro A
Sheff U H
Forest A
Derby H
Wolves A

I could see on current form 3 pts against Millwall and Forest possibly. Other then that we could lose every one of those on our and the other teams current form very easily. I fear for our GD against Wolves and Boro will probably start winning games like they should have done with their team. Burton have suddenly remembered how to win, Derby are on form and Sheff United are doing gr8.

After that run we have Bolton at home which we HAVE to win. Then is a batch of seemingly hard games with leeds, fulham, villa, norwich, preston and QPR. We could literally get 0 points from those 6 games (although we seem to beat QPR Always)

Last 2 could be seriously key games. I hope to god they do not end up as relegation 6 pointers. Sunderland and Sheff Weds.

Even if we do get 6 points from the next 2 games, we could easily get dragged str8 back into it after another shitty run. We will not be safe until at least 10 points ahead of 3rd with 5 games left.

Agreed, there's some very rough fixtures in there. Millwall, Brentford and Burton are winnable if we get our act together. We need 7 points from those 3.

Forest usually beat us at their place. Sheffield United we should be able to get at least a draw from. Our home record vs Derby lately has been shocking. Definitely writing us off for Wolves away. Boro we will likely lose but that'd be Reading like to go there and win.

If we get 3 wins from those 8 I'd be delighted.
