Forest have just got to get something from that game as it would leave Burton still with something to play for at home to Bolton.

Good strike from Forestieri, but possibly fouled Blackett just prior.

The Prisoner
Zip Brum winning.

Doesn’t matter to a certain extent. I’d take brum winning and Bolton and Barnsley losing all day long if we lose (and we are going to)

Bolton’s form is abysmal. They won’t win their next two.

If we lose our remaining games they'd just need a win and a draw to overtake us.

Anyone else notice Sheffield are the ones playing like they're chasing the game?

Let's see what we can do about that goal difference to help Brum survive. Sheffield are more likely to put 10 past us then we are to get just 1 back.

At this rate our goal difference will be worse than Barnsley. We have to hope Leeds hold on today and Forest do us a favour on Tuesday night.
If we stay up there has to be a huge overhaul.

Hopefully that's the last thing Blackett does in a Reading shirt.

Sutekh Game over after 35 minutes

not game over pal still time

Seriously

Still I suppose we all knew it would come down to the 90 minutes against Ipswich.

Oh, for the record, BBC Berks are covering Barnsley’s trip to Forest live on Tuesday. If nothing else we could get to hear some live football on that station that might actually pass for entertainment.

3-0 we lose pal
i think we beat ipswich lose to cardiff
we stay on 46 points and stay up
and clement out ?

To be fair, we really deserve to go down ... we are that bad.

New manager, new fight ... they've looked pretty decent under Monk, whereas we've continued to look crap but still somehow picked up 2 wins. We just have to hope Barnsley and Bolton continue losing.

I reckoned Birmingham would get 4 points from their last 3 games. Trouble is I thought their win would be at QPR next week.

Really hope Burton have glimmer of something to play for next week and believe they can still get out. And if not then dropping Bolton down with them will hopefully drive them on.

Ipswich 4-0 down at home

If we can’t get 3 points off them next week then we are even worse than I thought

Let’s face it we deserve to go down. What’s the point of getting sent off when your three down. A feeble attitude that sums this season up. I don’t blame Clement if he had come in at Xmas he would have had time to do something. But the rot was already set in.

Let’s hope to God that’s the case. Four red cards in six games under Clement is staggering.

We are pfucking abysmal already for drawing with Sunderland, in a game we were lucky to draw in.

leon Marginal improvement but not yet convinced that Clement has got it in him to turn things around.

Same worry. Clement's M.O. Seems to be to sort out the end of the season then tank the next year.....well that doesnt bode well does it

Quite agree. Utterly ridiculous. But then you could say the same of Bacuna after his idiocy at Fulham although he has resembled a footballer on odd occasions.

Losing 3-0 to an, at best, indifferent Wednesday with nothing to play for when you have everything to play for is just utterly disgraceful. And let’s hope Liam Moore stays because that’s likely to be the only way anyone will want to go to away games

Stam’s signings for Reading have been largely atrocious. Only Bod, Moore and Barrow have been any good. Everyone else could leave now and we’d be better for it.

On the bright side at least it was Blackett that got sent off....

And Burton have equalised at Sunderland
