Mid Sussex Royal Moving back to recent players, Rino not pulling up any trees at Cardiff, subbed most games and on bench Sat

Laurent injured already and out Sunday

Swift has made a decent start to life at WBA despite their indifferent start, registering 2 goals and an assist ion 8 games so far.

Early days but, I can't say I'm missing any of them. Our midfield looks more balanced and more suited to the demands of Championship football than it has in the last few seasons now and hopefully the addition of Luongo would give us some extra depth in that area as well.

I remember when we thought Dom Samuel would be great

Didn’t quite work out for him

Can't believe he's only 28, seems like forever ago.

Few players you could say that for as well…

Tsishabola and Loader for starters.

Loader might still make it at a semi decent level, he only turned 21 yesterday (according to wiki) . And hasn’t he started a game or two for the Porto first team this season?

When Tshibola went to Villa and was in the team right away, I thought he'd be in the Prem either with them or someone else within a year or two. The manager didn't fancy him and then that was it, he was out of the side and basically finished.

He got a game for Villa in the cup against Spurs and my mate who's a Tottenham fan said he was outstanding and ripped through the Spurs midfield at times, but then he barely played for them again. Then he was lost in the mire of being on a huge contract and not playing, so became an easy target for the fans to have a go at. Such a shame as I think if he'd stayed with us, he could have had a really decent career.

With Rinomhota it's strange, as for so long he looked like a top quality Championship player. Reminded me of Sidwell, all-action and with that bit of quality. Didn't score quite so many goals but played a different role. Then last season he never really looked quite fit, I remember the Birmingham game at home when he was absolutely superb but I think his partnership with Laurent was disrupted by Drinkwater playing, and us just trying to find a way to get a lot of midfielders in together.

It's a shame he's not doing so well as he's a really decent chap by all accounts and I would have liked him to do well.

Rino is doing ok, just settling into life at a new club and maybe made a bit of a slow start for some but it's only early days as it is anyway, so he might end up being an ever-present in the Cardiff midfield. He's just at the level where he belongs to be personally, a perfectly decent team in this league, but won't be pulling up any trees.

I've noticed Michael Hector is still without a club after his Fulham release. I'm a little surprised he's not found a new club to be honest.

Danny Loader made his Champions League debut last night for Porto in a 4-0 defeat to Club Brugge

Didn’t realise he was so close to their first team, thought he was distinctly forgettable whenever he played for us here but easy to forget how young he was, good on him

False accusers like this need to be jailed. Still, #metoo and all that. Poor chap.

I'm really iffy about that point of view, yes false accusations are very damaging to the accused, especially in the case of a footballer's short career like with Harriot, every year wasted is a massive setback. But perhaps she had been drinking and she genuinely believe the incident had occurred. We already have laws in place for falsely reporting a crime anyway.

I think the big issue here is how the justice system approached this case and how it was let to drag on for so long.
