Sutekh Bacuna now misses qpr, Swansea and Forest

Manage to lose to a dreadful, awful Millwall side by playing poncey Stamball in defence and then Blackett decided
to practice his long jump skills.

And then Bacuna goes and behaves like a petulant kid when you know the officials are poor.

Now 23rd and looking doomed

And then there’s unbelievably bizarre managerial appointment.....

We`ve got united before Forest.

Red cards only count for the competitions in which they are awarded.

Are you sure? I thought for some domestic competitions there was an overlap.

I'm just grateful that the incompetent ref missed Moore dragging down the Millwall striker in stoppage time. ould've had literally no center backs left.

We missed the chance to have Osho and O'Shea at centre back together.

In reality neither Blackett or Bacuna are big losses. Osho will be capable of coming in for Blackett. Bacuna is very erratic and has been pretty poor recently. We have several equally crap midfielders who can come in for him.

It really depresses me to here the continuance of playing the ball out from the back. Silly short passes from Jaakkola to the defenders putting them under pressure. Why do we persist with this?
Our new manager also needs to realise Meite is a centre forward.
This squad has been so badly managed for so long. Now we will pay for it.

Snowflake Royal Predictably shambolic.
it seems that any Reading manager right now would have nowhere left to turn.....lots of individual flashes of brilliance......lots of individual moments of stupidity.......no team cohesion.

Gomes is on a hiding to nothing

Yes am sure, FA documentation says

COMPETITION SPECIFIC SANCTIONS

This Season will see the addition of Competition Specific Sanctioning for yellow cards in the following Competitions:

Premier League, English Football League, National League, FA Challenge Cup, EFL Cup, FA Trophy

(Please note Discipline in the EFL Trophy is Competition specific for all Discipline and remains unchanged from last season).

Therefore, the accumulation of 5/10/15 Yellow cards in the table above apply only to League matches. The remaining Competitions will carry suspensions in those Competitions only when a player has received 2 yellow cards in that Competition. The FA will release separately the cut off points for each of the Competitions as part of the Competition notifications. Dismissals remain unaffected and apply the same as last season.

1 goal and 1 point in 4 games since PC was sacked

Had a bad feeling at the time about that decision and it’s playing out

Hope Gomes has some great contacts in Portugal

whoever had the last word in that decision-making process (even if was Clement himself via Gourlay) has indeed handicapped us even further.

Bacuna and Blackett both have "In God I trust" in their insta bio. So it's a given they're absolutely thick as mince.

Yep. Previous 4 games were 4 goals and 3 points.

I was worried about returning to Stam ball and we seem to have done. Was really not happy with how that line up looked. And now we're back to players acting like total fukwit and getting sent off.... Blackett had been much more disciplined and reliable... first game under new guy and he's apparently jumping in two footed.

Well the highlights on SS are up - if you can call them that. Half of it spent seeing the ref make his mind up on Bacuna (good to see him getting advice off the millwall bench first)

Both decisions were the sort you get against you when you are in a rut, and would have been ignored if you were Leeds/top of the table

Blacketts looks poor at first, but then when looking again, his foot is down and leg bent. And it’s definitely one footed. It wouldn’t have caused any injury to the player but can see why it was given in first view. Was also fouled initially by their forward

Bacuna didn’t seem to initially mean to stand on the player, but once realised he was, decided to put his weight on the foot. Idiotic really but again not going to cause any injury and certainly wasn’t a ‘stamp’.

Doubt we’d win an appeal on either tbh

I think both are harsh but can see why they were given. Bacuna’s is really stupid as he just stands on his leg. There is no stamp but why do it? Brain dead.

This. I really don’t understand who is going buy all the players who are being touted as potential Jan sales. Unless we are going to sell everyone off at bargin basement prices, we are pretty much stuck with the shite that we have. This is why I still feel Gomes is a daft appointment. Poor guy is on a hiding to nothing with this squad. We are going down.
