Snowflake Royal Bit of a loss as to what we should do with this game. Don't believe in wholesale changes after one result or dropping people for one poor performance, but that XI against Wednesday wasn't good at all.

Wonder if Boye will be in the running yet? Bench or straight in? And who for? Barrett presumably... although he was far from the worst of our front four.

Ideally I'd like to see:

........................Virginia^
..Yiadom, Miazga, Moore, Richards
...............Rinomhota, Swift*
Meite..... .........Olise...............Barrow
...................Novakovich

^can't justify dropping him for one soft performance, especially for Walker who was awful v Chelsea.
*Genuinely never thought I'd think Swift was our best partner for Rino. How awful is that.

Are you coming?

I am. Are you?

Is this conversation about Hull away? Otherwise you two could just get a room...

Yes all players playing in their best position (bar Swift). Loader/Barrett/Baldock can be impact subs.

It's not the correct team because it still has that awful goalkeeper there. We need to drop him immediately to teach him a harsh lesson about the realities of football. It will do him the world of good and give him impetus to try save a shot that trickles toward his hand.

I can see where you’re coming from Ian but that midfield looks very light in terms of tackling and control.

Edit. That said who else do we have?!

think people see what they want to see. Its fairly comical people are blaming him in any way for the second

On the other hand, consensus seems to be he looked pretty shaky. Looks like we have a replacement coming in anyway, but I'd stick with JV for Hull

Looks like we’ll have some new players in for Saturday

João probably comes straight in. Boye maybe. Pele and Rafael on the bench?

Makes sense to introduce most gently against Wycombe. Then if they do ok, they stay in for the next league game.

Gomes wants his front four fluid, so expecting someone to start upfront with just a day or three's training in the group seems ambitious.

Swift did surprisingly well alongside Rino.

No glaring mistakes from the keeper and you don't want to disrupt that shambolic back line more than necessary.

Meite scored, Barrett got an assist, Barrow got a keeper sent off and Gomes loves Loader.

If Rafael joins there is no way he’ll be on the bench playing no.2 to Virginia or Walker.

Long term, absolutely. First game? Not so sure.

Jose might find it safer to have them for a full week in the training ground and blood them against Wycombe.

The striker and maybe Boye will definitely play though I'd imagine.

Pele retired a long time ago unfortunately, unless I have missed something. I think his knees are gone.
