Not sure how we have this number for our incomings? Jon Dadi was under 1m, and Liam Kelly was next to nothing.

Asides from substantial fees for Puscas and Joao (however structured), we paid off Meyler, still have McCleary and Gunter our 2 highest earners on the books, and several players out on loan.

Not sure how we can turn that around from a soft embargo, and leaves me with the feeling that something slightly dodgy is going on behind the scenes.

Sell on fees for Stacey and Hector

There’s no helping you if you want to think it is ‘dodgy’, there’s been lots of discussion on this and if you think we’re inventing stuff to fool the league then that’s your problem. You are suggesting criminal activity, with nothing to back it up and an admitted lack of understanding !

Stacey was about 1-1.5m, Hector hasn't even happened yet. =/ 6m.

No suggestion of anything, if you're under a soft emabrgo, yet signing players worth quite alot of cash weeks later without any substantial movement, that would suggest either something is going on behind the scenes not being made public (why?), or they are playing dangerous game like Birmingham.

Believe personal terms between Sheff Wed and Hector have been agreed but stumbling block is the fee with Chelsea wanting to at least recoup their £4m while Weds have offered less. Presuming they’ll meet halfway late this PM otherwise Chelsea will not get anything with Hector’s current deal expiring next summer.

I think his evidence is the publicly self-imposed transfer embargo, that has been publicly lifted, given all the new expensive signings, despite no publicly available information that would show the circumstances have changed since the embargo was publicly imposed.

Indeed! I mean another update from Mr. Howe as to the current financial situation at the club might not go amiss. A direct quote from him in May:

"Our challenge right now must be to reduce the size and cost of the first team squad to meet Profit and Sustainability targets"

If they hadn’t done that the league would not have lifted the embargo
Having been under the embargo our subsequent dealings will be under scrutiny.
Accusations of dodgy dealings are unfounded and just seem based on you not noticing income that has been reported or you wanting a daily update from the CEO.
They may not have told you if income because it’s not actually happened yet but transfer have to open now due to the window closing. As long as the projected income comes in before the accounts close then we’re ok under FFP and if that income is as a result of the owners providing funds it’s pretty solid.
There’s nothing wrong with questioning things but there seems nothing to justify your accusations and plenty to suggest we’re in a much better place for this financial year

I see nothing, because there is nothing public, to suggest we are in a better place this financial year. The fact that Wizard spends lots of money on cars, isn't evidence for him having lots of money!

It'll be interesting to see if we've bought a player on the assumption that we'll get sell on money that doesn't materialise.

I think we allowed Chelsea to buy out that clause, meaning we already have the cash and there is no longer a sell-on % coming our way.
