Owlish52 Goals... I seem to recall reading that those things change games... now, where might that have been?

Despite the possession stats, we have had 4 attempts on target to their 2.

iFollow somehow detected my VPN and shut down my stream at 67 minutes- so obviously I missed the two goals

In what way?

There was one fan in particular who really lost it, you could very clearly hear his shouting on the BBCRB commentary.

Sometimes, it's not how long you have the ball but what you do with it when you do have it. We've been on the wrong end of that often enough.

And a nice final result with three points to Reading!

And the best thing about that game was that was hard. Reading had to work for this win against a Huddersfield team that will cause problems to all sides in the division and will not be push overs. Remember their defeats have been to fancied sides like Derby, Fulham and maybe Cardiff so just perhaps Reading MIGHT be getting on to a competitive level with the likes of Leeds etc.

Plymouth then Charlton next. Hope it’s not hot next Saturday as Charlton have looked rather good so far and they have no midweek fixture...

Good win, not conceded a goal from open play for 350 minutes

Think it’s also safe to say McIntyre should be able to hack this level of football. Long way for him to go of course but there’s no reason to be worried if he’s starting games and perhaps playing 3 at the back really helps him more at his stage of development then playing in a 2

Very happy with that. We really should get a good gate for Charlton. They have sold out their section of the South Stand. Beat them and we will in a healthy position.

Says a lot about the defence in front of him if true. But then he also has to organise that defence and communicate at the right time. Not bad for someone who currently has extremely limited English.

Beat them is looking a tricky ask but we haven't looked this competent in a long time. I'm hoping we rest well for Plymouth. We have almost a player for every position except CB so shove them on.
