With us pushing up the table I think a cup run would be good all round - gets the wider squad involved etc so I’d like to see us field a reasonable team as Blackpool will come to us fancying their chances.

Pretty much this though I expect Aluko to be involved either as a starter or off the bench.

Sadly I think Loader is no longer a going concern and he’ll be gone this window so don’t expect any sight of him again.

Hound ---------------------Walker
Howe---Miazga---Odimayo---Richards
----------Rinomhota--Olise
McCleary--------Baldock-------------Obita
-----------------------Boye

Would go for that ^^^ Should be plenty good enough

Looks like Bowen followed my advice then. Burley in at CB, otherwise as that ^^^

Southwood and Aluko on the bench.

Um. You sure about Baldock playing behind Boye?

Why bother putting loader on the bench? Either start him and try to convince him to stay or let liddle or nevers get some experience.

My guess is he is likely to be off anyway in the window, so the priority is to get some first match fitness in Boye and Baldock. He is on the bench in case we need him to come on due to Baldock breaking down after 15 minutes....who else is on the bench?

Ridiculous amount of changes from Bowen. He has slapped the FA Cup in the face.

Doesn't matter though we'd never win it while the likes of the mighty Leeds are in the competition so we might as well go out at this stage

Olise is filling in that Swift role superbly.

It's not about winning it it is about respecting it. Grow up.

Of course because only having 8 of the 11 starting squad members as recently-involved first-team league match players is highly disrespectful. Boooooooooo. Wish we had Ainsworth managing us, he'd have respected the cup.

Yep there it is, punished by Blackpool. This is what happens when you play a 5th choice starting line up.
