Scutterbucketz
sandman FFS not another game in this awful and meaningless competition.

We've given both Cardiff and Blackpool plenty of chances to put us out of the bloody thing and they just wouldn't flaming take them.

Why do you hate the cup, sandman?

Getting to the semi final a few years back was one of the highlights of this clubs history.

I think he's just counter trolling OMA for balance.

Iirc he pulled the same shit slating McCarthy at every opportunity just because a few people criticised Federici and he didn't like it.

Bit weird isn't it.

Fantastic. Just brilliant. Even on the radio that was a fantastic game. Loved it.

Like I said earlier in the cup, you can't get excited about a bank balance, so a cup runs makes the whole heartache of watching Reading these last few years worthwhile.

Next round - a strong Reading team, a few first team Blades rested: it's a long shot, but there is a chance of some glory here.

Yeah it's really trolling to want your team to do well in the FA Cup, Ian.

Please leave.

Scutterbucketz Teams like Reading fielding their second string in this completion when there’s not a huge amount left to play for is ridiculous.

Winners receive £360k plus share of gate money. Reading will benefit from merchandise and catering.

Qtr final is worth £720k to winners. All helps the coffers.

All to play for as far as the players are concerned. Well you would hope so.

Yep well said. Shame a few of our supporters have zero concept of just how important the FA Cup is. They aren't real supporters.

Have to say Aluko has improved since coming back from China. Maybe he has Coronavirus?

Lol at Aluko. Turns to his team mates after knocking in the pen. All the players run towards him. expectant of them to bundle on top of him. Only to watch them all run straight past him and the players bundle walker instead :D

48% possession
21 shots
9 on target
10 corners.

Looks like the team wanted to go through.

Puscas subbed at half time. Can’t see him starting up and coming games.

More than a few people criticised Federici, Ian.

Can't a man just dislike a meaningless Cup competition without having all sorts of heinous accusations thrown at him?

When the FA start offering some serious money for progressing in it I, and it seems most managers up and down the country, will take it more seriously.

Thought the subs were a little odd but they worked. When we were 2 goals down you'd have expected Baldock to be put on.

Er bit of casual racism from the BBC on the highlights by mistaking Omar Richards for Yakou Meite in scoring the first goal :?

Have to be honest switched Dim off at two nil.
Two one bit of respectability, then looked on BBC ;two all, switched Dim on again.
That’s terrific,could really give us a lift.
Perhaps Macca and Alukho to start Saturday?

They are playing to their core audience. The BBC Berks listener would love a bit of CR.

Are we at the point where it’s worth cashing in on him whilst he still has a decent reputation? It could be that it’s just not the right fit & better to part ways

Strangely enough, Meite’s goal tonight was similar to Kanu’s against Cardiff in 2015

Both in R4 too

Neil Harris = no class

"We have been the better team in all three games with Reading and haven't won any of them."
