Sutekh
NewCorkSeth Clear penalty.

Only if you’re not a match official

Fair. I forgot they can choose to ignore clear fouls in the box if they fancy it but free kicks for a gust of wind blowing a player over.

Must admit that I didn’t think much of Meite early this calendar year but he crops up on the scoresheet more often than not compared to others.

Let’s fight to give ourselves a better platform for next season.

He's clumsy and unorthodox, but he's certainly effective and the more he plays the better he is.

Agreed. IMO, by no means a player that would be part of a genuine promotion challenging club but for now he is far from our weakest link.

oxf*rd me that was a poor effort from Ejaria. Swift should have set him with a pacier ball though. Had to really wait for it.

Chipping in with the goals like that from wide and he could do a lot of damage with an in form proper lone striker in the middle.

Not really a PL player, but I'd stick with him for a good next season. He's proving he can hit circa 10 goals a season mostly from wide. That's very good, though light on assists.

I like Meite. He always seems to get overlooked for technically better players but really hasn't let us down in the past 18 months.

Baffled that the commos think Wednesday have been good. They've been very poor. We've had virtually all the big chances.

We're not playing great... very sloppy first 15 mins or so, but grown into it.

Ladbrokes in the concourse were offering 45/1 for Meite to score first in a 2-1 win. I tried to bet £10 but it was cash only. If this comes to pass I'll be livid.

We look decent on the break and pretty comfortable out of possession. But recent form means I'm not close to confident yet.

Puscas been much better today, it helps too when there's more than two players pass the halfway line as well

Pleased with that though not sure if this is one of those games where we have clicked and played some lovely stuff or Weds are dogshite.
Ref is terrible. Is there a rule that says if a stripe shirt goes down the game just stops? Especially when their all over the back of a Reading player?
Ejarias pass and Meites run for the goal was superb.
And lastly we are still wasteful going forward, we really should be out of sight. Some of this team seem reluctant to shoot unless inside the box.

Really, if that wasn`t a penalty football is finished, you will never see a clearer one.

Sending off.

Urhoghide second yellow for foul on Ejaria.

Can Ejaria claim an assist for that?

On now. Will we learn from the past few seasons and close him down? Or will we continue the standing and watching him whilst he sprays the ball round the pitch plan?
