We were pretty rubbish. Especially in the 2nd half. Played into their tactics.

Leeds were average. Their goal was lucky

I hate that oxf*rd club

Can Bowen count to three? And why does he keep taking Swift off?

sandman Awful display going forward. "Attacking intent" was fine, it was the final ball that was shocking along with the two senior attackers being terrible. We were much the better team in the first 40 minutes until their first sub

Meite and Puscas failed to pull their weight. Olise good in the first half but faded badly in the second, failed to spot the pass for the one decent bit of movement from Meite all game. and set off the mess that was their extremely lucky goal.

Maybe this time Leeds will do it, they certainly seem to have luck in their side.

sounds like a standard game then

So many moany bastards in here!

We lost 1-0 against a top, top side. They played like the top side they are and we played like the midtable team we are. Simple.

Let's concentrate on Wigan and the other winnable games we have remaining.

Pretty unbiased highlights on sky as usual, while we didn`t threaten much their keeper made two decent saves, guess what? didn`t show either.

Ascotexgunner Shocking performance. Really dissapointed

If anything deprresses me more than losing it`s your constant moaning, we would have done very well to get anything today, we didn`t.

Sounds like we played okay.

Glad to get those recent fixtures out of the way, we now have a very decent run-in to build some momentum for next season.

A few melts on twitter thinking we could still go down. :D with that run-in it would be quite an achievement. even by our standards.

Thanks for the three points today. Thought we dominated the game and you came for a draw. Your away following has improved from previous visits to ER so good to know that £39 for a ticket doesnt put them off.

Hope you all have a good trip back home on your free coaches......MOT

So. I am obviously alone in thinking we looked a good side. I actually couldn't think of any subs. Baldock wouldnt have offered much unless maybe he was brought on for Olise.

P!ssed Off Puscas was utterly dreadful and clear for all to see. Bowen would have heard every Reading fan chanting for Baldock for at least 20 minutes.

A serious energy injection was required and his only sub was Charlie Adam!

What game was Bowen watching?

Couldn't agree more. Why didn't we put fresh legs on and switch tactics. Allowed the game to peter to a 1-0 defeat

We were outclassed today. We never matched their intensity, which allowed their pressing to unsettle us. Not enough composure on the ball; we barely built a decent attack. Easy to blame Puscas, but he was living off scraps. What was to be gained by running around like a headless chicken as fans sometimes like? I'd have bought Adam on earlier, and for Olise. Adam and Swift in the middle may have been able to help up since a foothold.

Ultimately beaten by a better team who are second. Nothing to worry about. On to Wigan; a defeat would be a very bad result and potentially make us nervous again. But I don't think we will lose.
