Hendo

It's sad when two fellow supporters cannot go and enjoy a game together.

Hound shame with the form Brentford are on, we don't have that game sooner

We're going to have a massive bearing on who goes down one way or another as well

Brentford game will end up being a midweek one in April when we inevitably beat Sheffield United in the cup

IIRC we had a very similar run in at the exact same time last season too, Rotherham, Ipswich and Wigan three games in succession

Old Man Andrews Reckon attendance will be shocking tonight.

Oh yes - can see it being under 10k - cold, possibly wet - very few away fans and it's on tv - will take a very committed fan to go tonight.

Agreed. I am not in the frame of mind to go tonight. I’m sure there will be plenty of others feeling the same way.

We were very lucky to beat both Ipswich and Wigan and got exactly what we deserved for sitting back against Rotherham. As you say three iffy performances but vital points. The Wigan win was huge given we were 2-1 down and nearly went further behind.

I meant as in the quality of football experience not a dig at anything personal to be clear.

I know that OMA. Your post wasn’t an issue but my car has been hit whilst parked up. Third time this has happened in the last year. Fuming and just sums things up right now.

Sutekh Wigan injuries rule out Danny Fox (groin), Kieran Dowell (ankle) and Antonee Pilkington (groin). Joe Gelhardt and one other are also going to miss the game after picking up knocks against Millwall on Saturday. Top scorer Chey Dunkley is expected to return after completing his suspension.

That's a lot of key men. Isn't Dunkley a centre back as well? Top scorer!

Keiffer Moore is class, however.

Yiadom, Ejaria and Puscas doubts for us tonight

If so, either Rino or Araruna RB or perhaps even a game for Watson?

If Yiadom is out for tonight, would rather Araruna or Watson RB and leave Rino in midfield.

I'd go Rino at RB and play Adam.

Obvious straight swap for Araruna. If he doesn't play when Yiadom and Gunter are out, what are we paying him for?

Why put a quality midfielder at RB when you have two RBs available.

I get this point...but, Wigan are a tough physical side. Rinomhota may be better cut out for it than a player from Brazil who has only lived in the country for a month, let alone adapted to Championship.

It also makes sense to play Adam. Wigan will let us have plenty of the ball, be hard to break down and look to use counter attacks and set pieces. The guile and composure of Adam is well suited to breaking them down, not to mention the set piece threat. If we do go Araruna at RB, Rinomhota needs to be dropped as it's not a game for him and Pele in midfield together.
