scumbag Anyone else think Obita has been very poor?

He's had some bad moments for sure, one of our weaker performers tonight, but wouldn't say especially bad.

genome United strike me as a very fit side so no surprises if they edge through in extra-time.

10 games since their last fixture probably helped!

Ah bollocks. Nevermind, decent performance. Convinced the Pele shot was in, as was Henderson.

That's what I'm wondering. I can't imagine he has ever played against Rafael or Miazga before, so probably either "Morrison" or "Reading" (but it was definitely an "is", so "Reading is sh!t" would be grammatically poor, even for Billy)

Positives.

Meite played well
Puscas put away a good pen
Olise lookedat home
Swift great
Rino great
Morro and Miazga solid
Yiadom good
Ejaria flashes of quality
Pele had a couple of chances
McCleary lively

We play some good football, shame we can't convert it into more chances.

Nevermind - when does the season start up again? First weekend of August I guess? See you all then.

I thought he wasn’t great, but not terrible.

Also thought for the most part Friend was consistent and pretty good. Let a bit more than I'd like go, but seemed to be reasonably balanced, maybe a bit more against us, but we were being out muscled a lot more than anything.

Yeah, probably should have blown for a foul before their first.

Not getting this season is over/another pointless season nonsense. Finishing the season in midtable would signal progress, and if we can end it on a high, that momentum often goes into the following season. This next 2 months could be very critical for the direction of this club going forwards

Up there with Glenn Murray, Leslie Ferdinand and Lewis Grabban in the “great absolutely everywhere else” club.

Heads held high, play like for the rest of the season and we will finish top half.
