We've got quite a good record at bouncing back from poor defeats under Bowen, haven't we? 3-0 Reading.

It will be the easiest game Luton have had all season. We have no chance, they are fighting for their lives.

A few of them need to be sent a message though, primarily Moore, Swift and Ejaria. They haven't put in a shift since the restart.

is now the time for a message? And if so why can't that message be: We need you to lead here. We need you to pull the rest of the team up.

Ejaria I could see being dropped for the next game. Play Obita instead. If Richards is fit.

Tbf to Ejaria, sticking him in the left wing is plainly a waste imo (as it would be for Swift and Olise) but then we have a manager who it appears doesn’t really use proper wingers until things look desperate.

He's in a pretty difficult spot.

If he uses proper wingers he basically has to drop two of Swift, Ejaria and Olise. For an old player not likely to be here next year and a loan player who hasn't really done anything to justify it.

If it didn't work he'd get panned and rightly.

You can't play wingers you don't have. I don't think he's got the balance right in midfield with all three of those named above. But how does he drop Swift, who has arguably been player of the season and is the best defensively of the three, Olise who is a massive prospect and needs experience or Ejaria who is technically brilliant but flawed?

Who do you lose for Pele or Adam and who do you lose for Masika or Obita out left?

Olise should be coming off the bench to make a difference late on. I think he’d find more space against tired legs.

I’d like to see (for interest mostly) Masika and McCleary on the wings, Meite or Puscas through the middle, and a midfield of Ejaria, Swift, and Rinomhota or Pele. It might not work but sometimes balance is better than cramming your best players in.

Well, apparently, after the dreadful performance v Brentford MB is considering dropping Olise, Swift and Ejaria for the Luton game which could see a good old fashioned 4-4-2 with wingers and two up front, something like

Rafael
Gunter
Morrison
Moore
Richards
Masika
McCleary
Adam (or Pele)
Rinomhota
Puscas
Baldock

That seems overkill to drop all 3. Where's this rumour come from? Sounds highly suspect.

I would have liked to see this match watch sponsored by (a plastic pitch)

I’d play Puscas, if he doesn’t deliver then drop him

Pure clickbait. Literally nothing in Bowen's comments to suggest this will happen.

No way all three will be dropped but I expect one of them to be dropped.

I just hope our trip to Kenilworth Road will be better than the last one, 14 years ago.

Wingers is old fashioned. Just need full backs who can cross decently. Both wide players should be cutting inside to create the space........

Reckon we’re more likely to see Obita than Masika out wide

Do think it’s quite odd that he’s extended Masika’s and in particular Boye’s loans when he doesn’t seem to fancy either of them. Unless he plans to give them game time in the next couple of weeks that is

I'd guess that he didn't have a say in it.

After we beat Fulham we had 35 points from 25 games so only 14 points from our last 15 games which is dreadful. Said on here before that we have been in relegation form for most of this season outside the festive period with just 37 points from 36 games.
