Puscas shooting instead of squaring it to either of the two players

SouthDownsRoyal This thread, just LOL for the first hour.

Pretty standard

People get far too excited about teams ‘pressing’.

LOL... wait and see how we do against a press without a numerical advantage for more than half a game.

Barnsley don't exactly carry a huge threat either.

But we've kept ourselves in the game, taken the gifts and put away our chances and at the end of the day 3 points is 3 points.

Why be so desperate for us to fail?

Zip Lovely strike from Olise. Amusing to see Rafael joining in with the celebrations.

Because this manager is building a team and unity and not a bunch of individuals.

Lol, has he even signed anyone yet?

Jackson Corner Don’t get carried away this is very flattering. Tough on Barnsley. But they haven’t helped themselves.

This. Flattering thanks to silly defensive decisions made by Barnsley. Before then it was the standard issues Reading have always had at home for the last 3 seasons. This is what needs to be addressed urgently by the management.

But then Reading still have to take advantage of the breaks and, of course, playing poorly but still winning is supposedly a sign of a good team.

Wow, you really hate the manager don't you?

Old Man Andrews This is one of the worst first halves I've ever seen in terms of opinions in a match thread. You idiots being negative need to stop trying to appease Ian, he isn't someone you need to listen to. The fact is he is an utter disgrace and has been deeply offensive to the manager since he took over.

He isn't a supporter of the club

He didn't go to games prior to Covid

He wants the manager to fail

I agree also found it odd that the board was lambasting the players after 5 minutes. Football is a 95 minute game and strategy is for the game as a whole, it’s not about consistently dominating.

Would be nice if yourself and Ian had a ceasefire though.

Football is a 90 minute game...
Other than that you are right, especially the final comment....

What's that got to do with building unity?

You don’t build a team by just signing players....

Old Man Andrews Are all those wetting the bed in the first half ok? Notice some of you are putting it all down to Barnsley going down to 10 men and not crediting the manager at all.

Do you have any idea how silly you look?

I have an idea

Take a long run off a short pier you tedious individual!

Feel free to point me to any post where I've responded to him on the thread. I've completely ignored the twat.

A current top 2 and only 100% records of Reading and Luton, who would have predicted that?

Also, would Derby have expected 0 points from Reading (H) and Luton (A)?

First Puscas and now Ejaria. I don’t care if we’re 2 up. PASS THE BALL FOR THE BEST OPPORTUNITY TO SCORE - ALWAYS.

Not desperate for anything. Just not getting hyped for no reason or falling for one good performance or a couple of good results.

Why are you concerned? You don't support the club. Your own words.

Fraud.
