Of all the players that have ever played for us that I would let tickle my anus, he is way down the list.

Getting bored of this saga now. Bored of the fact we gave him a stupidly long contract in the first place. Bored of him coming back and talking about being given a “fresh chance”. Bored of the fact he only leaves on loan. And...bored of the fact we announce it as though he’s left us permanently, when he’s still contracted to us!

Moving on...what’s happening with Baldock?

Yup. A four year deal? Quite incredible, hope had what, one good season at Coventry to warrant that?

According to Dellor "he's become a dad for the second time".

I honestly didn't know you stop being a dad at some point after having your first.

i dont get the anger towards McNulty. he was offered a 4 year deal so he signed it.

he was a very Reading signing and i was excited about him to be honest. It didnt work out, but there is no need for the reaction of some.

He was a signing straight out of the Shorey Kitson Doyle mold, which i would do over and over again compared to signing yet more loanees from bigger clubs that are here today gone tomorrow.

perhaps I'm reading it wrong but I don't think anyone is hating McNulty, seems that people are lamenting the club for offering such a long contract to someone unproven at this level.

Agreed on all of that. He was a goal machine before he joined us. Strange that it never worked out for him.

Yeah strange there is such a huge gulf between an Irish pub league and the Premier League, yet Doyle and Long managed it
