Pauno at STAR Fans Forum 11 November

Thought Pauno came across as a nice guy, but then Jose was a lovely guy at his FF too !
There was a lot of interesting stuff, without it being ‘controversial’. He seems to have nice mix of ambition and realism. The BS quota seemed lower than we’ve had from some custodians.
. From comments he made I reckon we need to immediately get in touch with the Partizan Ultras and organise an exchange visit. It was nice to have Jaap’s fan club come over from the Netherlands but I reckon a couple of hundred Serbs would add a bit to the atmosphere once we get back in the ground

Ever since this was announced we have lost both games, coincidence? I think not!

Pauno upsetting all the traditions - back in the day of Burns and Pardew the manager typically pulled out a good result or two before the Fans Forum .... to the point we considered having the FF every fortnight!

He's done his research, He knows we like to moan about things and he's given us all reason to attend the forum now.

If a pattern emerges where a fans forms are announced and we start to lose games, please don't arrange any more - at least not with our manager, maybe invite the Bournemouth manager along or something.

After a wonderful start to the season we would have liked to invite you to a normal Fans Forum with Veljko Paunovic but are pleased to offer a zoom version at 6pm on Wednesday 11th November.

Pauno has had an amazing start to managerial life in England, picking up Championship Manager of the Month in his first go and beating the jinx by not losing the next game!

The event is free and open to all but with a limit on attendance.

Veljko is really upbeat and positive about the club and players and that has been borne out by the start. Really hope he can keep it going and somehow grab a play off spot.
