Make loads of individual defensive mistakes and don’t score our chances then you’ll lose games

Not good enough individually. Think we’ve generally played well but you just can’t concede goals like that

Old Man Andrews Team board slagging off the team and manager today and saying they were the greatest squad in our club history 2 weeks ago. Laughable people.

Nah mate I'm always a pessimist

Agreed. Reading have generally been much better. Gifted Stoke 2 goals they wouldn’t have created themselves and have been creative throughout. Samedo’s been excellent.

By far the better team yes bit at 2 down it's a tough ask. Play a high line and our incredibly dodgy keeper and defence will only be under more strain.

Yeah, commit forward and higher risk of conceding again.

I think 0-3, 1-3, 2-3 all more likely than 3-2 at this point.

Safe to say we're a bit of a swingy team.

THe first few games were fun though weren't they.

Yeah me too. We had a good run and we've found our level again.

Snowflake Royal Moore's speciality is blocking shots in the box. Goal 1 stopped. And as captain he could make the team stop oxf*rd about with it at the back. That's Goal 2 stopped. Plus he'd have scored Gibson's effort.

So with Moore fit, we're 1-0 up

QED innit.

In fairness Rafa has been doing those stupid oxf*rd passes all season - its just the first time we've been punished. I have no idea why he keeps doing it. I might DM him on instagram and ask.

Royal_jimmy Again a harsh scoreline on us. Individual errors keep costing us goals.

Injuries have really screwed us up. This is why the academy defenders haven't been getting a look in. Young defenders make mistakes. That's 10 goals conceded in 4 games now. Really poor.

Odd comment as Richards and Holmes - young Academy defenders - have been great this season. Defence has fallen apart since first Holmes and then Moore got injured.

As you say overall what is costing us is a horrible run of injuries to key players.

Well he did say we were long ball under Bowen and he's much happier passing it out properly.

I thought we’d seen the last of this fannying around at the back when Gomes left. Cabral needs to stop this and put his foot through the ball. Played well apart from two absolute shite errors, but can’t see us getting back into this, and could be another 3-0 if we start pushing on to much.

Oh well only 4 more sky games after the international break, if the trend continues we will be mid table after that lot.

I've said before, I think we actually miss Meite. Not for his work up front, but his tracking back and cover he has provided for whoever has been RB has been phenomenal.

But, have faith...

Agree. I’ve been harsh on him in the past (mostly about some of decision making and often poor touch) and said unless he scores he doesn’t offer a lot, but I think I’d like to retract that.
