tidus_mi2 I really enjoyed the Forest 3-4 Reading game must have been about 10 years ago when we were both chasing the play-offs.

Great away game, if that was the one on Friday night? What a night it ended up being after the game too!

Newport Count at Cambridge

Poured all game. We competed well but somehow (we wiz robbed) we were 4-0 down at HT.

I walked behind their keeper at HT and said, "We're gonna win this."

Second half we got back to 4-4 then went 5-4 down.

We got to 5-5 then went 5-6 up, final score.

We had a very good noisy following (I used to cheer-lead, drums etc
and the stand was corrugated iron which we kicked to oblivion

Best atmosphere I have ever experienced.

The Cambridge manager kept his team out after the game. The Newport fans were in the clubhouse and a huge part of the roof fell in. We chose to stand "indoors" but under the hole, chanting, We're SING-ing in the rain!" What a day!

Has anybody mentioned the FA Cup win at Anfield? Gunnar's nutmeg and cross, Shane's header, the unbelievable dribble by (Brainfog) that would have been one of the best goals ever...

I wasn't at Bristol when we were losing 2-0 at 70 minutes and came back to win 2-3. No idea what the game was like but I won over a grand betting in play that we would win. "After the game" I saw we'd drawn 2-2 and I was chuffed. Turned out that we'd won. Treble whammy

Wigan play off semi final in 2001

Never has the Madejski been so loud

From Despair To Where? Blackpool 0 Reading 4 in 1994.

Absolutely played them off the park. Got clapped off by the home fans.

Tranmere 1 Reading 3 PO Semi Final 1995. Total football.

Blackburn 3 Reading 3 2007. Last game of the season, party atmosphere and an end to end game.

Don't need to read the thread any further. 2 of my top 3 there ... but the 4-3 vs Plymouth from 3-0 down is my fave of all time.
Blackpool was just sublime ... and I trashed Parky getting to my seat at Prenton Park while it gave my Mrs every excuse to be overly apologetic to him.

Worthy of the bench - Newport away for the record.
