CountryRoyal God this accent on the home commentary is so grating.

Yeh, just switched it in having had no commentary at all
Not sure which way I'll go

From Despair To Where? Boro 1 up

Would be a great result, would much rather play a Brentford side who have just lost their unbeaten record.

I’m the same. Very begrudgingly continuing with the Stoke commentary as I hate watching football on TV with no commentary, it’s like a friendly.

As for the game we look confident and are playing some nice stuff but important we don’t have any lapses at the back.

Personally quite enjoying the Stoke BBC comms team. Intrigued by what the "Two Carolines" wrote in to earn a mid match shout-out

What he’s saying is fine, it’s just so monotone.

Quite enjoying the no nonsense literal description of what’s going on.

Very midlands.

Enjoying no commentary to be honest. I can see the game, I don't need inane chat.

It would be much better for radio (which it is designed for in fairness) but it’s too literal for TV. Too much description about what is happening as it happens . I’m watching the game, I can see what’s oxf*rd happening

20 minutes in and the ref seems decent. No real chances so far though.

Stoke are playing their centre backs a couple of yards goal side of our the forwards to protect against the ball over the top that Reading have had success with recently and that’s neutralising the game a bit.

It’s minor but he’s called Richards Richard a couple of times.

Great spot by the ref on the dive, eat a dick McClean.

Stoke commentary agrees.

Thought the yellow was a bit harsh for McClean and he might not have got it without the reaction. Then I saw the replay. Diving pcunt has the temerity to be enraged at getting called out for diving.
