Right, 25 minutes left... I want to see us pull the trigger a bit quicker and more often now.

Jackson Corner We have more than matched the best team in the league imo. Plenty to be positive about whatever happens

Yep 100%. Especially missing 3 of our best players.

Took me a moment to work out who the third was.

Our captain

It’s hard to see how he gets back into the team, on merit he doesn’t.

This spell without him is the best we’ve defended all season.

Agree. McIntyre is looking really good. Morro hasn't aged a day since he signed.

Laurent is trying to get a toe in when he needs to just stay level. He's too far away and when he misses the player is free. Happened for the goal too.

Yiadom with a blatant body check.

For two teams that are more renowned for their creative/attacking players, both sure have been defending very well so far

Semedo needs to come off, he's been good, but too untidy last 15 minutes.

Aluko for Semedo is a worry.

Semedo has been mopping up a lot.

Yup. He’s had a fantastic first hour but he’s out of steam.

Last season Lucas Joao’s scoring rate was approx. 1 goal every 285 minutes, this season it’s currently approx. 1 goal every 104.2 minutes

For comparison, I make it that Ivan Toney’s current rate is approx 1 goal in every 126.8 minutes (31 appearances, 22 goals)

These figures include the game currently being played and are across all competitions.

The game is increasingly opening up, which probably favours the team with better substitutes to bring on. Unfortunately ours are all kids or a bit rubbish
