Who cares if they were on the bench? They’d only get a few minutes with Pauno in charge!

Yep - we are currently operating under the worst case scenario of no rotation and very late subs. It continues to compound the issue

(but lol at all the bedwetting here)

Not justified? We’ve just put in one of the most inept, blunt, incompetent displays against one of the worst teams the championship has seen for a while and we are supposed to be challenging for promotion.

Yeh if you ain't going to wet the bed now when are you?!

Joao is trying to lose us more points than he has won now.

That is 8 points he has cost us with spot kick misses against Wycombe, Preston and Brum.

I think I'm gonna unplug for a while. I just don't see how this team stays in the top 6 over 15 games. See you in August.

My wishlist for the summer is that McIntyre signs and Joao phucks off the the Premier League to get exposed for his attitude problem

Successive worst performances of the season.

Bar Bristol, everything that could go wrong has since the ridiculous Holmes sub against Millwall.

VP's selection, subs and tactics generally were unforgivable tonight.

Far from it I thought.

We need to stop this rot but it’s going to require a system change and personnel change.

It's not but that feels terminal to our play-off chances. No real fight or desire and handed the perfect chance to get out of it, we miss a pen and then fail to get a shot on target, or one if note at least, against the bottom club, who had ten men.

The only hope is that tonight is a nadir and we kick on but honestly feels like we are finishing around 10th now and I'm usually pretty positive.

Not sure why we didn't go with subs earlier as it clearly wasn't working.

This is the first time I've found myself angry after a match, that was an abysmal performance, we had no ideas how to break Wycombe down and how Joao is still taking penalties is a oxf*rd mystery.

I'm usually angry after a bad result. Or sometimes I see the funny side. Tonight I just feel disillusioned. It was obvious we need changes. It was obvious Joao wasn't going to score that penalty. It was obvious the starting line up was woefully lacking in balance.

It was poor everything. Poor preparation, poor management, poor performance. That it comes after a series of bad results against an incredibly poor team makes it all the worse.

And it wsnt even a plucky performance from them. They were shite. We were shite too but at least they have an excuse for being shite. We don't.

Zero shots on target second half mainly against 10. Beyond shocking.

BC on the night were extremely poor. Even worse than us on an off day.

We are in a playoff battle after years of being shite. Upsets happen - we were more dangerous in the first half than we have been in recent games. Whatever happens this will be our best finish since 16/17, and likely 2nd best since we got relegated so I'm struggling to be too angry,

We are crap at breaking down defensive teams, especially with this exhausted lot and nobody on the bench to change it - no 2nd half goals in 7 now? Once 1-0 down I didn't expect anything other than a loss.

We look good against teams that have a go - Brentford and Bournemouth being our two best recent performances.
