My record at Posh is terrible. Seen 3 lost 3.

Would like to go though, as I doubt I'm making many home games any more. IFollow is just too convenient and good value in comparison.

I can spend less to see about three times the games and invest a third of the time doing so.

Unfortunately, I almost certainly won't be in Cambridge for Xmas, sorry chaps.

Is that the commentary only option? As I'm assuming we won't be able to watch on iFollow if spectators are allowed in. Unless you use a VPN and pretend you're in France or whatever I suppose.

VPN is the plan

I do remember seeing that they were dropping the seeding so must be the case.

We have not beaten Swansea in the last 12 meetings. I don’t know why we even bother entering. Wycombe and Burton have both reached the semis, we have been in it from the very start and only reached the quarterfinals.

Why is everyone saying we have a good start?? Have you forgotten we won one of our last 11? We will have a weaker team and parno was clueless to stop the rot.

Because it is a good start. Against sides likely to be mid or lower in the table. So if we are going to be crap next year it is a chance to get points from sides likely to be around us and if we are good, we get decent points on the table as a base to work from.

Or would you rather we start with WBA, Bournemouth, Sheff Utd, Fulham, Swansea and other sides likely to be near the top?

Of course there will be some sides who are expected to struggle and don't and vice versa but it is a decent start.

Sutekh I'd have to say its a comfortable start, if Reading are in trouble by end of September then really cant see how theyll get out of it. April doesnt look very friendly though.

1990/1991 season, first home game was against Preston, 3-3.

Can’t see Swansea being much good this year tbh

Happy enough with the cup draw. Normally cheap tickets and nice summer evening to go and watch for the home tie

Won’t necessarily have a weaker team. Depends on which loans etc we can get in. Hopefully have Swift fit as well

We should be selling him as quickly as possible. We have been waiting for him to be fit for about 2 years now, he's too fragile and we cannot rely on him. Sell him on and get a younger, cheaper midfielder in.

I wouldnt necessarily disagree, but he was fit most of the season before last. And on very good form

We absolutely should. Doesn't necessarily have to be younger, for me. A decent experienced player could still do a couple of seasons or even just the one (the Roberts impact).

Harry Arter anybody...?

I feel like the next few weeks will dictate how well we start the season. If we can offload Olise for £12-15m it should ease the embargo we are under and give us leeway to recruit a decent left back, attacking midfielder and defensive midfielder as back up for Laurenthota.

If we do that I think we could start well again.

Wouldn't be upset to see us offload Rafael and get a cheaper keeper with decent experience at this level too tbh. I wouldn't want just Southwood and Andressen who are unproven at this level.

I wouldn't be surprised if we sold Olise, brought in a league one left back and then called it a day in the transfer market. We have a long, long way to go if we're trying to get within FFP limits, even if we do find a way to 'erase' some of the previous losses.

I reckon that Hungarian, Kleinheisler would be a good replacement for Swift, or Olise.

Reckon Swift will be fit most of next season. He seems to do one on one off.
