Not sure Ian could get his instructions across sufficiently through the radio.

If those are the options I would prefer we stick with Pauno or give the boy Royal a chance.

All of them are better than Paunovic.

I'd take Pulis to be honest. We need an experienced manager in this league not an inexperienced rookie.

Someone who will kick the players up the backside.

Parky
Wilder
Howe
Ainsworth

We will end up with a Greek third division manager. Who was once an assistant manager At AEK Athens and is well thought of in coaching circles.

Pretty sure you'd be satisfied with many of the changes I'd make.

I'm probably only slightly worse than any appointment, who will initially be hailed as a saviour simply because he's different and then immediately turned on the second he has a bad run.

Assume we couldn’t afford the compo for ainsworth, but he’d be worth a look

Pulis - didn’t do great in his last gig did he? An option I suppose, might work. Not sure we’ve the players for him though

Pardew - only job in England since 2016 lasted 4 months and ended with 8 successive defeats. No thank you. Basically semi retired now.

Parky - never really get the clamour for him. Did pretty toss at Sunderland and Bolton were poor on the champ with him. Maybe if we went down he’d be an option.

Can’t imagine wilder or Howe would be at all interested

Financial issues and restraints

Played boring dull football as well. And relied on some very good loans and a 70k per week striker

Would Howe not? Why did it break down with Celtic does anyone know?

Eddie Howe will get a Premier League job. Imagine he will be hoping for things to go badly at Newcastle or Southampton. Would think he'd be in the box seat for either job.

Good grief some of those suggestions are scary to say the least

It would have to be a foreign manager I think. Let’s get one in with actual pedigree, no journeymans and no failed mls managers. Is it really that hard to do? Barnsley are able to do it successfully despite their really low budget and their board selling their players for peanuts. Problem is domestically most of those available will be left field appointments. Unless the club feel they can wait for someone around us to get sacked. Hughton is already in danger, clearly admired by the board, but the job he’s done at Forest has been alluded to “kitchen being on fire, Hughton figuring out what to do for 30 minutes and deciding to use petrol to put it out” which is frightening to say the least.

Yep and pretty much everyone would have loved Hughton here after Gomes. And he’s shat the bed big time at forest

So far Ian Royal is HNA’s favourite to become our next manager. Does anyone know what his background is?
