A long and varied playing career, a good understanding of the dynamics of running a team.....player-manager material right there....two for the price of one :!:

Dunno, but there’d be plenty to ‘care’ for with this gig.

On and off the pitch

Ainsworth, Pullis or Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

Always thought really highly of Ainsworth, a likeable maverick who’s done a great job at Wycombe.

Also, Ian Royal is >>>>>>>Pauno. He makes more sense on BBCRB.

Zip So far Ian Royal is HNA’s favourite to become our next manager. Does anyone know what his background is?

I think he would manage similar to Bowen as he loves Bowen

morganb Steve Cooper - Championship experience but not sure what went wrong at Swansea.

His head was turned by Premier League jobs.

That went well for him.

Still haven’t seen any credible manager options who

A) would come here realistically and

B) would offer anything better

I’m not in the Pauno in whatever camp, I am growing restless but unless we can attract someone who we have a realistic chance of getting and offer something better what’s the point, I know performances have been poor but FFP and injuries have really been a big problem

Surely sacking him would cost us money too

If we could attract a decent alternative I’d go for it but just do t see who

Wilder - wanted 20k a week at Swansea, so that rules him out.

Eddie Howe - lol

McAnuff - Would actually be up for this, but it's a lose/lose for him

Pulis - Yup. But don't think we have the players to suit his style.

Random foreigner with a shite CV - this is what we'll get and it's a roll of a dice as to whether he keeps us up before he gets sacked.

Ah yes that experienced manager McAnuff.

The others. Exactly. We would end up, as you say with some unknown foreign manager yet again and roll the dice for one season

Brogue In no particular order any of the below.
Pardew
Neil Lennon
Pulis
Duncan Ferguson
Quique Sánchez Flores

I would love big Duncan. We need somebody to sort this oxf*rd sorry lot out and who better then the ultimate PL hard man. He would give Moore a piece of his mind.

Pardew..... do you see him coming and fans wanting him?

Perhaps a DOF should be the first priority. Lift some of the burden from Pauno.

And don't forget the cheap mercenary shite foreign players who never live up to the hype and hysteria generated by the RTGs on this forum.

Only a British/English manager for me so has got to be Parky, McDermott, or Steve Coppel. Historically we have only achieved with British managers at the helm.
