Rusty royal Yes thanks! had a scare last weekend with chest pains but turned out to be a build up of crystals in my blood (uric acid), so yes I am marginally OK.

Good to hear this, well not the chest pains bit. Enjoy the match and at least it won't get your heart rate up too much.

The Blackpool home game that always comes to mind ahead of this fixture is 2009 when we won 2-1 (Rasiak late winner) and it turned out to be Brendan Rodgers only home league win for us, after the game Rodgers went round to every stand like he had just won the league - and I thought the tide was going to start to turn for him (it didn't) - it was also p*ssing down that night like it is forecast to be later.

Like a lot of people are saying - we definitely cannot underestimate Blackpool, if they beat us tonight they would only be a point behind.

On the other side of the coin, what an opportunity for us to get in the POs tonight ahead of the inevitable points deduction. Huge carrot for the players and if they play how we know they can then we would hopefully have enough to overcome the visitors.

Would be great to have a couple of first teamers back - even if that meant Halilovic and Hoilett available from the bench.

Looking forward to what will be a very wet evening at the Mad Stad!

early 2014 comes to my mind, a 5-1 win, an Alf hat-trick but The best goal of the night was the Blackpool one (Steve Davies?) pretty much from the halfway line right wing. A great evening

Players slowly coming back a much welcome change. Hope Halilovic is back soon as Swift is inevitably going to get injured at some point.

Rafael was out warming up before everyone else, but he has now disappeared and been gone for the last 10 minutes. Boyce Clarke warming up with Southwood.

Edit: Apparently Rafael has done it a couple of times and this is the first time I've noticed it.

I got PNE v Cov, with Cardiff commentary, then Swans v WBA, now back to Reading v Blackpool, but with Huddersfield v B'ham commentary

Ejaria losing the ball there, like that, is just so so poor.

They're very obviously targeting our flanks with both TDB and Ejaria a bit high and narrow. Acres of space out there early on.
