Excellent player as long as it goes through and shows how astute Coppell is in the transfer market. I reckon this could be the first of a few signings progressing in the next few days.

Dawn We had two offers from Premiership clubs and some interest from Germany as well, but it was Reading who offered a deal that both the player and Wolves found acceptable.

That's the bit I find most heartening.

The other team was Southampton, who are apparently upset that their offer was rejected on the grounds of 'a big club in denial'

:?

Gordons Cumming Ki-Hyeon plays on the left.

www.readingfc.co.uk Seol is a six-foot-tall left footed attacking midfielder who was born on 8th January 1979. He is generally a wide player, and is adept on both wings. He can also operate in the middle of midfield or up front.

Looks like we're both right. He certainly played on the right two seasons ago at the Mad Stad and was their best player by a country mile.

He can also play in goal.....but he's not very good.

"Most tackled player in World Cup 2002" - he either dives or is very quick. Shorey to score 14 goals from free kicks this season.

I thought Seol was a left footed striker. Last season though he was played right wing and by all accounts with mixed success. Assuming Glen stays fit, and with Oster as back up I can see Soel being used either as backup to Convey or up front, either 1st choice, cover or rotated as Coppell sees fit (6ft target man)

This lad started off life as a striker so we now have another option up front.

He can play on both flanks but as has been mentioned earlier, last season he was poor and seemed to lose interest and commitment.

Views of the wolves fans are divided, some think it is good business as he has been a disappointment and can be lazy. However, other fans think that with the right coaching his confidence will come back and he could be a real bargain. Many think that Hoddle ruined his confidence and contirbuted to his poor displays last year.

At Wolves on Boxing Day, he was the only player who caused us any trouble.

Good signing by the club.

Maguire Good signing. He was a bit shit last year but he's proved his quality in the past and I'm sure Copps can get the best out of him.

totally agreed!

As somebody said earlier he has played up front so it's good news that we have another striker and don't go with just the 4.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Shane Long loaned out to a Championship side to get more regular football.
With the new man also able to play out wide (as can Long and Doyle) I find it even more surprising that we have signed Hunt AND Oster for another season.

Now we have one of the "FUNK SEOUL BROTHERS"

In "that" Nike advert he's teamed up with Denilson and Ronaldinho.

Just the other two to go. :)

agreed about Shane Long....he has the potential to be a good player, but needs games/experience....i can see him getting fewer games next season...however he has been a useful sub!

If anyone made a few of these up (a proper one, minus the stitches  ), I would gladly buy one!
