Doh!

I was hoping for an easy one. I never thought i'd see the day when a game against Liverpool didn't excite me.

These are good times people!

We've gone from never playing Liverpool to playing them at least 3 times in one season.

Maybe we'll get them in the FA Cup too

It will be a crap game, both teams will field second string sides and Liverpool will win 2-0.

Considering those who went to the Darlo game got 20 points I think Royalty points is fair enough.

What will the ticket allocation be as the league cup rules on ticket allocations may differ from the prem.

I'll hazard a wild guess on "ability to pay".

Can't imagine tickets will be a problem for this one.

It'll be royalty points as always. And we'll get a much larger allocation if needed I imagine like we did at Highbury. Not convinced it'll be that type of demand though.

I'll answer my own question. It will be played on Weds 25th Oct, 99.9%.

Both Reading and Liverpool playing on the preceding Sunday.

Currently outbound flights are free + tax (£24) from Southampton Airport to Liverpool. Leaves 15:30 arrives 16:35.

That'll do donkey.

Long odds on I'll be able to blag a lift back. I'll take my chances. 8)
