Still reckon his promotion up to Pardew's number 2 after Mad Dog's departure was a major factor in our success story in recent years.

Couldn't agree more, but still glad he didn't get the managers job after his role as caretaker manager.

When Coppell came in I thought we may lose Dill, but he, Wally and Sir Steve form a fantastic set of coaches and we're enjoying the benefits, and long may it continue!

he's been with us for 10 years unbroken plus 2/3 years as a player which makes more than 10 by my maths.....

Reading have a great manager but just as important are the coaches & backroom staff.
