Balls

by AndyRFC » 02 Nov 2006 10:51

Its that time of year again, Novemeber sees the football league use Yellow footballs up until March. Will this effect us in the Prem? I don't seem to remember seeing any yellow balls in recent seasons.

I take it this is something to do with their promotion of the game to the gay community?

Do you mean in Stabilo Highlighter costs, or manpower? Malaysian sweatshop children work for 10p a day, but they can be a little careless around the edges...

if only they could invent a system of lights that could be put around the pitch to illuminate it when it's dark, then we wouldn't have this problem

I know, I'm not thinking high technology or anything, just perhaps four big pylons in the corner of the ground. Put a big bank of lights on each one.

they should have a ball outlined in blue and red, then you could watch the match with 3D glasses and see the ball quite clearly.

no, ok, maybe not.

Its amazing how they continue to improve on maximum 100% visibility each year.

I think each ball must now be at least 174% visible

I think that the ball should be the colour of the home club, hence ours being Blue and White
