Confirmed at Premier League's official site and at RFC team page at ESPN. Book it (and maybe append the words "moved to Monday 30/4" to the thread title to avoid an outbreak of Doddelation as slow learners post the same thing as "news").

That'll please the geordies.

This game may be as mid-table as you can get - any reasons why SKY want to show it?

That might well reduce the number of fat shirtless men attending the match.

LOL Last season we was complaining that we wasnt getting enought coverage for being top of the league from BSKYB but now we are complaining about that we are on SKY too much. Get over it, it is part of the Premierleague and top flight world. What IF we get into UEFA cup next season, that will mean more sunday games and morw thurday games aswell.

 Rant Over

Going to be a problem, limited number of upgrades to children's season tickets for evening games and the limit was up with the United Replay. Lots of potential empty seats....

Although this actually suits me much better than the original date, I can't help feel that this is a very poor showing. They've not announced the shift that far in advance of the fixture, and it's for two clubs that are almost as far away from each other as they can be.

But then the argument about football today being all about the TV fans as opposed to the supporters who attend in person has been done to death, so I'll just shut up...
