Birmingham have 1 win in 10 games (I think) but are still a decent team. We've got something like 2 points after going behind this season so I think it's time for a return to the comebacks of last season.

Reading (0) 2 - Doyle 65, Kitson 84
Brum (1) 1 - McFadden 27

Follow this with 4+ points in the three games after that and we can start to breathe a little more easily.

Alan Partridge Reading 2 - Birmingham 0

City down to 9 men including Steve Bruce getting sent off and Asaba heding home Reading's 2nd.

 Don't get this above - Is Bruce Wigan out of something now the cops are in?

2 - 0 Reading with Doyle and Rosenior to score and Long getting a bit shirty.

Reading 3-0 Brum

Oster booed off when subbed after 75 minutes despite claiming the match ball with a first half hat-trick

A depressed Brum are uninventive as Reading fire three with no reply! :D

Continuing with my March home-form optimism...

A resounding home victory for the Royals, with 3, possibly 4, superb goals from open-play for us, and a dubious opening penalty for Brum.

Game will see at least 1 red card and a hat-full of yellows as things get 'tasty' midfield.

24072 in attendance.

Coppell still on for Barclays MOM for March

Cookie They've had the old bill in this morning shaking the shack about tax evasion. They took all their computers away. That will have ruffled their feathers a bit, their chaiman looked a bit grumpy on TV this morning, perhaps the downer will spread to the team, like it did at Liverpool when there was trouble behind the scenes.

It's a shame that HMRC can't deduct 10 points for financial irregularities!

Birmingham - 1 win in the last 12 league games and that win was against a hung over Spurs.

I will be gutted if we lose this one!!

I can't bring myself to predict. ................it's so important now as we run out of games......

Silver Fox Reading 3-0 Brum

Oster booed off when subbed after 75 minutes despite claiming the match ball with a first half hat-trick

If he did something good for us, like even score one goal let alone three, he wouldn't be booed off. He's only booed off because he's been uncommitted and, at times, a downright liability. Fans haven't got a downer on him for the helluva it. It's been with just cause.

Hoping and praying for a win, but I don't wanna see:

Kitson being lazy, giving attitude and not tracking back
Doyle being anonymous
Long being petulant
Hahnemann making poor decisions
Shorey and Hunt delivering poor crosses
Matejovsky laying on too many complex passes
Harper going walkabout
Bikey being unpredictable
Rosenior losing his man
Ingimarsson losing concentration

I would also celebrate if the Back the boyz nonce gets booed off and sacked for his cringeworthy pre-match and half-time antics and if the Tom Hark music is left well alone !

Please don't let us down boys

3-0
mativosky
kitson
kebbe

2 mis-spelt players' names in the space of three words ? Is this some kind of record ?

We don't keep many clean sheets and they haven't kept one this year, so I'll go for 2 each.

We'll get two goals in the first thirty minutes, don't know what the final score will be though.

Old Biscuitman This game has 1-1 written all over it.

or a scrappy, possibly undeserved, one goal victory which will keep the RTGs (like me) happy, whilst giving the usual suspects plenty of scope to spout forth about how crap/short sighted/tight fisted the players, coaching and management are...how lucky we were... how we will undoubtedly go down next season.....

can the STGB members just cut and paste this sentence into all threads after every game
instead of wasting time typing it, will save us all a lot of bother
