Grats Wolves

by FiNeRaIn » 21 Mar 2009 19:17

All over now, hopefully we don't have to see that silly picture again. Wolves are gone. Will be stop being crap and ever catch brum?

We were shocking today, had this been the start of the season people would be tipping us for relegation. Terrible side, dominated by a bunch of palace kids.

It's a poor league this year. Must be for us and Brum to still be up there.

'Greed that Wolves will go up, although barring a huge investment, they'll come straight back down again.

Again we failed to close the gap on Brum. That must be at least 3 times now where we were 1 point behind or could close the gap. The 1 game advantage is currently looking meaningless.

We are destined for the play offs and therefore another year in the championship.

We just weren't good enough today.

It does indeed look as if Wolves have laid claim to one of the automatic promotion places - and most probably as champions.
So, we now need them to beat Birmingham on 6th April at St Andrews in order to give Reading the best chance of joining them.
Come on you Wolves! [Never thought I'd say that]! :o :(

Possibly. Although if Brum turn them over in a couple of weeks it could be up in the air again.

Although from our point of view I think we've got to be hoping for a Wolves win.

All we really have to do is match their results, beat Derby and then beat them in the last game of the season. In a shit way Palace was a case of job done (badly) nothing more and nothing less.

easier said than done, that game in hand does us no favours in terms of it being just before what could potentially be our biggest game of the season... BRUM

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Cardiff didn't sneak up on both us and Brum, them having 2 games in hand.

Cardiff smirk are down to 9 men against Sheff Utd and down a goal....

Suspensions to kill their season?

Professional fouls both - just 1 game each.
