How about (and you'll have to bear with me on this one, I know it's leftfield) football day? It'd be a day when fans can turn up, wearing some items of blue and white clothing if they like, and cheer on a well-performing team? Perhaps we can work out in advance some songs to sing in unison too.

Nah, sorry. That last bit brings it all down... it'd never work. You're right, funny hats is about our level.

Pants day. Everyone brings a pair of underpants to wave at the opposition as a protest at how shit they are.

Minstrel day. We all black up with boot polish in a gesture of apology for the way we've treated Kébé until recently. (inflatable coconut palms optional)

Amazing, I found myself pondering this very idea during today's game. A baldy wig and comedy specs combo would be a terrific way to show our support to McD and his lads! IN IN IN!

Absolutely, that'll let him know exactly how we feel about him.

Here's an instructive little video on letting people know you care:

Slap head say it is the. Combine it with a celebrity chef day as well and we can have a crowd of 15000 Heston Blumenthals.

Me too.

Preston sounds like a good bet for that. With Random Inflatables as usual for Watford.

How about a old style footy theme day which involves no back the boys and make some noise, no drummer, no music when we score.

Ignore all those things and you've got it. Try not being a killjoy grump whilst you're at it.
