Terminal Boardom And hasn't Jake Taylor been placed on standby for the England U19 squad? Sounds to me as if we have unearthed a little gem. Makes perfect sense to me to have him involved on tour. I also think taking Antonio is not a bad thing either. Spent much of last season on loan to that small club down the M3 and, by all accounts, did quite well.

Jack Mills is on standby for england under 19's

Jake taylor is welsh.

I would like to think that the next few weeks will be make or break for Henry. From what I have seen, he is nothing to get excited about. I expect him to find a consistent performing level somewhere like Forest Green. As for Scott Davies? Wycombe or Brentford at best.

Jake Taylor is WELSH!!!!
He plays for Wales U21s

Sarah Star Have any of them looked anywhere near our first team in the last year?

Well two of them where on loan so not going to play for us much, but after doing quite well (and one of them being part of the England U21 squad) I'm not surprised they're involved.

The others are a player who's been in and around the squad for a few seasons now and one who appears to be the next one to come through from the academy that the club has high hopes for.

Slightly surprised Antonio is in there, but more because it's at the expense of Davies than the fact he's actually there.

I think any established player not on the trip is extremely unlikely to still be with us on 1st September so I expect that Mooney, Davies and Cummings will all be off permanently - or on year long loans.

I am a bit disappointed about Davies. I thought he had potential but obviously the RFC management don't agree.

Davies looked impressive at the start of last season and then was dropped. I don't feel Mooney has been given a real chance here.

Cummings should of been taken, regardless of his previous showings. Should be given a chance under McDermott.

As I think SKDD said, players don't have to be in the first team to be given a chance. The management see them day in day out and can make pretty good judgements based on that.

Since when was Cummings an established player? I'd argue he struggled even be classed as a player never mind an established player

Cummings has played in 47 league and cup games to date - so I would call that established. Just because games are not for RFC does not mean we should not count them.

That's only just over a season worth of games and the majority of them have been on loan. He hasn't established himself at either of the parent clubs he has played for.

Kebe has slight injury and won't be risked - Henry to play full 90.

Cue Jimmy leaving rumours

Griffin captain - not Pearce. Makes sense to me. I guess it is Griffin or Mills when Inga is out now then
