If you leave early then you aren't a fan and shouldn't go to the game IMO

Yeah thats the one. Glad I could have been of assistance. :D

I think you can use one called Ola in Reading, similar to Uber.

None of us leave early so would have no idea if there are cabs waiting
Most taxi firms will take a prebooking so call Top Cars or someone and arrange to have a cab waiting for you.

You'd have to leave at half-time. What's the point of even going?

Never understood why leaving early is so taboo.

Obviously you wouldn't with the score level in a playoff semi final or something - but in more games than not the last few minutes don't count for much, and a few minutes missed on the match can be the difference of half an hour queuing for a bus/to get out of the car park.

Can only think of a few games where i've left early, one was a mistake, the other two definitely weren't, wouldn't consider it at all if the game was in the balance, but have usually (since our first relegation from the Prem, maybe more recently) made my way down the steps during injury time and watched the last minute or so by the tunnel to make a quick getaway. Realise for fans who live locally it may not matter but for someone who lives further away it makes a massive difference. There have been a couple of times when the journey home was horrendous or stuck waiting in the old HP car park (which i think was a factor in the horrendous journey too) and wished i'd done the same then.

10 minute taxi to the station. About £9.00.

+2 it can make a big difference to supporters who live a long distance away, particularly at an evening game when they perhaps have to get to work early the next morning. When I've been in that situation I tended to watch last few minutes on the TV at the end of the East Stand concourse and then ran like hell when the final whistle blew.

It does. Also what time did you have to leave the stadium?
