Notts Royal I like the hoops all the way round (although there’s a tiny gap :D)

Not a massive fan of the thin hoops, but it’s better than just having 2 massive hoops!

Not a fan of the rumoured stadium name change. Would like us to personalise the stadium a bit more, has “RFC” or “The Royals” in white seats rather that “Select Car” whatever. Change the seats to blue & white hoops around the whole ground, rather than just the blue etc

If they're giving us a bunch more money to have their name on the seats, then I'm totally fine with that, tbh.

Can't see it when you're in the ground anyway

Sanguine Love it. Lots of hoops, and they go all the way around. Perfect. Keeper kit is absolute class.

Looks like there’s a thing side panel, so they don’t go all the way round, sadly.

Still a Lovely shirt.

It's the thinnest of white separating the back from the front. It looks all the way around. It's a cracking shirt.

Tbh really like the fact they're a local company and aren't the owners season ticket holders? Madejski was essentially a brand/company anyway. All of this is much better than some no name offshore betting company.

And you trust our owners to use that money wisely?!

It isn't about using the money wisely its about helping our FFP position.

For the 50th time, the owners don't need the money if there was no FFP.

As Ian pointed out to me the other day, our owners are billionaires which is easy to forget given the situation we are currently in. If there wasn't such a thing as FFP we would likely outspend every other Championship side. Given the ambitions stated previously by the ownership I would trust them quite a bit to use money wisely.

Me too. The Dais are the most private, quiet, and least showy owners that I can ever recall us having. However, everything I have seen from them so far seems to show that they genuinely care for the club and its supporters. On that basis, I trust them to do the right thing and, if FFP is relaxed/changed invest money wisely to ensure greater success in the future.

Tbf they blew money awfully when they first arrived

A lot of naivety there I think initially. Can’t say they’ve wasted a lot in the last few years though

Negative, negative, negative.

Unless its Sir John at the helm some supporters just will never be happy. He's not coming back, get over it.

By their own admission they aren't football people. They hired Gourlay who proceded to take the piss out of them and us. They bought into his bullshit like many others have been.

They tried to do the right thing, they provided funds. Cut them some slack.

Wasn't that mostly planned under the Thais?

There are clearly people at the club with a clue. I just don’t think it's the owners.

I think I did. They came in naively trying to do the right thing but have learned from it imo

Pretty sure it had stalled because the Thais didn't have the money.

The Thais even admitted they massively underestimated the cost of running a football club. They couldn't sell up quick enough. Only one of them wanted in originally but couldn't afford it on his own.

Owners in football very rarely ever have a clue at all
