Is this the longest the club have ever gone without tweeting? Every cloud and all that.
Even Reading FC social media dept can't spin this positively - after all the noise and direct quotes from Nigel himself, nothing!

M U R T Y Even Reading FC social media dept can't spin this positively - after all the noise and direct quotes from Nigel himself, nothing!
Where was that quote from on the Team Board - I presumed it was twitter - something about we held talks with Sissoko and might talk to him again and in any case we'd signed Bridge, Williams and Drenthe and recently we'd had 7 internationals on the bench.

Yep, comments on Facebook absolutely hammering RFC too.
I don't mind the club putting interesting stuff on FB, but the general approach seems to be that they must post 3/4 times a day, with anything, anything at all.
Any news is spun so much it makes me cringe - even the match commentary is positive positive positive - i understand that to an extent, but they go way too far most of the time

Fantastic, great to know Alfie's 12 goals including 3 in the Championship, 3 penalties and 2 against Crawley in the FA Cup are the same value as Premier League goals for Liverpool.
Does anyone actually take any notice of utterly ridiculous and contrived stats like these?!
