 at those prices. £15 to watch a pre season friendly? Has the world gone mad?

Will95 No terrace for Yeovil - FFS.
Also when I bought my ticket this morning for Wycombe I was disappointed that they are allocating seats rather than just letting people sit where they like.
Tickets are now on sale for Wanderers’ pre-season friendly with Championship side Reading at Adams Park on Saturday 26th July (k.o. 3pm).
The club are pleased to confirm that all stands will be open for this fixture, and tickets will be sold from the centre of each stand going outwards to ensure the best seating arrangements in terms of atmosphere and stewarding considerations.

I'll be going Wycombe - new ground, £5 ticket, Evil Scarecrow playing a gig in Wycombe that night - perfect.

Yeovil I'll probably go, but £10 and no terrace is absolute shite.

Stevenage at £12 on a Tuesday night is an absolute pisstake, but it is a new ground... :(

You can't count grounds visited for non competitive matches, league and cup games only or you are cheating yourself and making the 92 club a mockery.....

The 92 club rules are a load of shit, as far as me, my mates, even people on ground hopping forums, all have different rules for what count.

For me, if it's a frist team game, I've been there, competitive or not.

Pre-season friendlies, unless abroad, are absolute shit. Nothing will eclipse that trip to Wycombe in 2002.

But they are the rules, if you ignore them then we are left with complete anarchy...

I'm wondering whether 'ground hopping forums' are sadder places than trainspotting forums....

By that I mean the Football Ground Guide forum btw, all things football over there, and I think one person on there follows the '92' rules.

I agree everyone has different rules.

My mates rule - which I follow - is, it counts if you've seen an actual football match take place there.

So visiting doesn't count, gigs, being outside, watching rugby etc...

I've been to about 36 or 37 grounds I think. So not many compared to others on here

Done 46 grounds myself, including 44 of the current 91 (with Coventry not really having a ground at the moment in my opinion).

Not really. You're left with a large number of people who wouldn't strictly qualify for a club they've probably got no intention of joining anyway.

Most people seem content with the idea of having seen an official game at a ground means you've seen a game at that ground.
