Thanks for the welcome home. No bestiality was involved in the making of the name, nor do I have too many badges.

Agree that Sweet Caroline doesn't pan out right, (nice try at the semi final though), a good chorus is ideal, and as Paddy20 says not too complicated.

I'm sure we'll have a different pre-match song soon and we'll be begging for Sweet Caroline back.

Winchester Royal I quite like the name 'Royal Badgeman'. It implies either a regal man who has a lot of badges, or a portmanteau combining man and badger, implying you're some sort of hybrid badger human thing (your mum had sex with a badger?).

That or it's Forbes.
It's not me, I'm Royal Biscuitman.

Ideas for improving the atmosphere....... Alcohol and close the car park so nobody can drive to the game and be forced to drink non alcoholic drinks.

Is that African violet? does not look like the away kit colour or did you mean it is African Violet the eighties disco queen.
Thought the girl in front was in a outfit more like African violet.

How aboat roaring on the team with the new keen announcer?

What's happening about the new exciting match games with new prizes that were announced at the last "friendly" match?

John Smith
there was a particularly large presence of "casuals" as opposed to the usual fleece and Thermos brigade.

Err, if you knew anything about the casual scene, you'd know that fleeces are the mainstay.

Lady Sasima will be making a pre-match speech on Sunday and then playing a music video for her new song about #readingfc.

That'll get the crowd going.

I was thinking of buying a ticket for Sunday, but might pack that idea in now. The oxf*rd state of our club.

No different to Sir John drunkenly stumbling out before kick off for a little lap of appreciation before most games in the 05/06 season.

It'll be a little cringey, but anyone getting upset or 'embarrassed' about it should probably address the massive insecurity issues that they obviously have.

Not getting upset over anything, they just won't be getting my money.

We head down to the Madejski to watch football, not the Cirque du Soleil. Although, some weeks it is like watching a circus act perform.

If it happens (which i happen to think it won't) it'll be a glorious moment and you'd be a fool to miss it!

Plus a football match will then happen afterwards.

Laugh until you cry and then a football match. What could be better?

Not possible, they've already deals with Reading Bedding, County Kitchens, Lafford and Leavey and Brackenwood Windows to play their jingles instead, further boosting the clubs revenue.
