Bit of a farce to not have the ticket office phone lines open. Essentially I bought tickets for me and my dad at 10am as I wasn't sure if we'd get tickets for my nephew as well if we waited until 2pm. Now I can see space on the row behind the seats I picked but some...person has selected the seats right next to us so I want to change the tickets to the row behind.

I get that there would be limitations to the online system but surely a human would have been able to arrange that.

Just booked my tickets over the phone. Had an 8 minute wait. Y23 row EE. Parking at the stadium for a tenner.
Job done.

Every time I try to call they just disconnect me.

If we cannot sell 2000 for a Saturday lunchtime we won’t sell them for a midweek match.

We’re in the middle of a pandemic, people might still not feel comfortable going out to a big event like this.

Say we have 6,000 people who paid the retainer before Oct2, but only half of those have more than 3,000 points, it’s not inconceivable that 1,500 people have decided it’s not worth it just yet.

From 10 am tomorrow- but you have all day to purchase before the fans who had tickets for the Forest game can apply from 10am Friday- i reckon you will still get one if you try late on Thursday

As the club i’m sure didn’t expect tickets would not be sold out for Forest on Saturday, i wonder if after i have got my ticket for Birmingham after 10am tomorrow i would be allowed to buy 1 for Saturday ?

Is there a way to buy only a car parking ticket? I.e of your friend buys your match ticket but you don’t live with them
