Ticket office/megastore

by tilehurstender » 02 Aug 2021 13:58

Any idea why both ticket office and megastore are closed in the week leading up to the start of the season?
How do I get my Stoke ticket that I’ve purchased if I’ve missed posting date?
Why is the option to collect still on website?

Surely you collect them from the ticket office at Stoke?

I believe it does happen, ring the TO phone number and ask them to cancel the original ticket and request to pick up a duplicate at Stoke.

I had a ticket for Forest (a) sent to my home address, rather than my uni address, when I was at uni and the ticket office were quite happy to sort it out with Forest and I picked it up no issues.

Apparently it’s a management decision not to open megastore on a Monday ? Also, no personal purchases or collections from ticket office?
My ticket is apparently ready for collection from tomorrow onwards from the megastore.
Don’t get that

As long as you can collect it does it matter whether it is from the TO or a few yards away at the shop ?
Presumably they decide whether opening on a Monday is cost effective and if it usn’t They save money by not having two lots of staff sat around doing not much.
Of course they need to make sure they tell people !

Of course, when collecting from the shop, you may have a browse round the store and buy something.......

But it may just be that the club wants to keep people away from the Ticket Office staff these Covid days. Less contact less spreading?

I'd like to know when they're going to get some new stock of clothing in.

Try ordering anything from the website and the only sizes available are the sizes they can't sell such as Small. No new lines and no restocking of the more popular sizes.

Disappointing considering the season is already underway.
