Tickets for our friendly at Swindon Town are now on sale from the Madejski Stadium Sales Centre. The game kicks off at 3pm this Saturday 29th July.

We have received 1000 tickets for the covered Arkells North Stand.

They are priced as follows:
£10 - adults (plus £2 booking fee per ticket.)

£5 - senior citizens / students (must possess a valid NUS card.)

£1 - aged 15 and under.

£5 wheelchair with free helper. 10 spaces available in the Arkells away disabled enclosure. For disabled tickets only, call Swindon Town on 0870 443 1894.

All tickets except disabled are on sale now from the Madejski Stadium Sales Centre - visit in person, telephone 0870 999 1871 or download an away game fax form then post to 0870 999 1001. These tickets cannot be purchased online.

If you would like your tickets posted out, you must book before midday on Wednesday 26th July. After that time tickets must be picked up from the Sales Centre.

Tickets go off sale at Madejski Stadium at close of business on Thursday 27th July, but they can be bought on the day at the County Ground.

Parking is available at the County Ground on the day at £5 for cars and £15 for coaches.

so does this £2 extra go on just adult tickets and will it be wiped for saturday?

I bought an adult and a student ticket today, and it came to £17; so it must only be the adult tickets that the booking fee applies to.

Or perhaps it's a badly-written article, and the booking-fee is per transaction, not per ticket?

Cheers, Alex

Went to get my ticket today, bloke in front got 2 adult tickets, cost him £24. Admin fee is payable on every adult ticket. My mate got 3 15 year old tickets, £3 in total. So admin fee is only payable on adult tickets.

Does anyone (Starliaison?) know why booking fees are only applicable to adult tickets? I don't have a problem paying a booking fee per se (even though I think its a bit rich when you pop down to the ticket office in person) but I object to having to pay as an adult when the OAP's, Students & Kids don't have to

I have since found out that this is because RFC are handling the tickets on behalf on STFC and TVP/WC have asked for it to cover cost of policing the game. As its the adults that are the hooligans

So long as its £12 for pay on the day then that's fine. And to be honest, I'd have preferred the tickets to be on sale for £12 rather than advertising the tickets as £10 and then chucking a booking fee on top.

Some adults may be, but what about the students and the pikey little 15 / 16 year olds that reckon they can take on all-comers. Don't see them paying the extra £2. Sounds like a bit of lame-excuse-finding...
