I assume within the next 2 weeks - they are working through the applications right now. Ditto car park passes - I think they said first week of August for those.

They're sending the first ones out on Monday 21st of August.

I asked about this when I bought my Feyenoord ticket on Monday, as I moved my ST seat this summer. I was told that the delay was because the club was still processing new applications, which they hoped to have finished by yesterday, and so they expected to send out the new cards today or tomorrow. I expect, therefore, that they'll put them in the post next Wednesday... :)
